This from prolife ally Lori Viars.

It may not be too late!  Make this 1 phone call.

Supreme Court Justice Ginsburg officiated at a homosexual "wedding" prior to the ruling last week. Justice Kagan also performed a same-sex "wedding."

This is a clear conflict of interest!  The law says:

"Any justice, judge, or magistrate judge of the United States shall disqualify himself in any proceeding in which his impartiality might reasonably be questioned."
--28 U.S. Code ยง 455 - Disqualification of justice, judge, or magistrate judge
Supreme Court Rule 44 allows for a "Motion Requesting a Rehearing" within 25 days.  If Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine files a motion in the next few days, the case can be reheard, potentially without Justices Ginsburg and Kagan!

The dissenting justices didn't want to antagonize the liberal Justices before oral arguments, but they have no reason to hold back now.  In his dissenting opinion, Justice Scalia calls the Obergefell decision a "threat to American Democracy."

We have a short window to potentially change this decision!  A long-shot, to be sure, but this is too important to give up without trying every last possibility.

ACTION:  Call Attorney General Mike DeWine's office at 1-800-282-0515.
Ask to speak to a Supervisor & say:

"As an Ohio citizen who voted for our 2004 Marriage Amendment, I urge Attorney General DeWine to file a Motion for Rehearing in the gay marriage case.   Justices Ginsburg and Kagan performed homosexual 'weddings' so they were not impartial and therefore violated Federal Law by not recusing themselves.

Be sure to speak to a Supervisor.

Pray, make the call & forward this to like-minded friends across Ohio.
